size: tag reads: vintage 11 / 12. this vintage size is usually a modern small.  laid flat, measured from side seam to side across the waistband:  14". from side to side across the hips:  17".  

fabric: 100% cotton.   machine wash/tumble dry

condition:  the blue jean fabric looks great.  the inside of the pockets have small fuzzies. some of the fringe is longer, some of the fringe is shorter.
