We ship to the following countries for a flat fee of $12.00: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. We also ship to Australia and New Zealand for a flat fee of $25.00. If you are an international buyer (from a country not listed above) and are interested in purchasing an item, please contact us via email at email@example.com before purchasing, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. The Attic makes every attempt to use recycled materials for our shipping packaging. For example, if your items arrive in a box, most likely we have re-purposed the box for your package.
RETURN POLICY - ONLINE STORE PURCHASES
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We accept returns for online store purchases 2 ways:
1. At your nearest Attic location. Please be sure to fill out the return slip (included with your order) and attach it to your item when you bring it into your nearest Attic location. Please note you will not receive your cash refund in the store - you will receive your refund through The Attic's online store. Please allow 48-72 hours for us to process the return and for your credit card company or Paypal to process your returned funds.
2. Via Mail. Please send returns to: The Attic, PO Box 622, Kutztown, PA 19530. Buyer pays return shipping costs. But, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

RETURN POLICY - BRICK & MORTAR LOCATIONS
The Attic accepts returns for items purchased in our physical store locations and items may be returned to any Attic location. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase date and are for store credit only. Item must have original Attic tag attached, and the original sales receipt must accompany the return.
