condition: new with tags.  however, on the inside lining, on one bust area there are some light brown lines/marks. this is not visible on the outside of the dress.

description:  sweet romantic ruffled dress, 'v' neck w/ 2 button closure at front. airy cap sleeves.  the dress is fully lined, except the sleeves, in a soft gray color.  1 3/4" band at waist.  hidden side zipper.  double ruffles at the bottom, with a serged hem on dress & lining. finishing the dress is a stretchy darker gray belt w/ bow that fastens with two snaps.  there are fine belt loops on the dress to hold the belt.
