fabric:  shell: 72% cotton/28% nylon.  lining: 100% polyester.  hand wash cold/line dry

condition:  new with tags.  however, there are 2 spots on the front lining, at the bottom, one is approx 3" by 2", the other is smaller. these spots are a slight darkening of the fabric. you can't see them from the outside once the black lacy shell is over the lining. 

description:  skirt w/ hidden side zipper and hook & eye at waist.  grosgrain ribbon waistband and ribbon accents on each side seam. fully lined, scallop hem. tag attached retails for $69.50.
